Project Management Office Support for a Third Sector Client

ETK was charged with the task of providing institutional capacity building and market entry support services to implementing partners for donor-funded projects through its Project Management Office function. Our approach focused on strengthening organizational management and governance over key functional areas such as Governance and Management, Project Management, Financial Management, Human Resources and People Management, Operations Management, as well as Information and Technology Management.

To address gaps within each functional area, we developed a capability enhancement plan that provides systems and tools to support each organization in achieving their capacity improvement goals. In addition, ETK also provided safeguarding and support in organizational and key-man risk management to ensure client project and reputational risks as well as project health and safety were efficiently managed throughout the duration of the project.

Through our support, ETK has helped implementing partners to increase their organizational capacities, enabling them to deliver projects within scope, budget, and schedule, resulting in significant impact.
